Island Eco-Scapes owner/operator Eugene Touchette has been involved in the horticulture industry from a early age. While growing up on a large production nursery in Manitoba, Eugene’s parents taught him about plants and proper plant care.
Eugene is passionate about the planet and is committed to helping make changes that are needed. In 2011 Eugene obtained a Organic Master Gardener Certificate. Eugene is aware that your yard is a sensitive ecosystem with many beneficial bacterial/fungi and microorganism living in it. When dealing with problems such as weeds, destructive insects, and disease caution is used to unsure this proper balance is keep.
